  2. Download and install Samsung Android USB Device Driver
  3. Z3X or any Samsung Supported Software Box Setup

How to Fix DRK_DM Verity on Samsung Mobiles

  • Go to Device Setting and check About Phone
  • Check on Developer Option and tick it on seven times
  • Now Enable USB Debug and OEM unlock
  • Power OFF Device for Download Mode
  • Press and Hold Home_Vol Down_Power Key together for sometime until an Android Splash screen will appear
  • Press Vol Plus and confirm boot Device into Download Mode
  • Open downloaded Odin Flash Tool setup or any other Software Box setup
  • Connect Samsung Device with PC via high speed USB Data cable
  • On Odin Tool screen a device added with blue sign also will appear and finally Samsung Device connected with PC
  • From Odin Tool click on AP or PDA and choose .tar file for fix DRK and DM Verity error
  • After successfully added file into Odin click on Start and wait
  • After successful flash process Device may reboot or Power ON

What is DRK (Device Root Key)

DRK is a device particular asymmetric key pair that is signed by Samsung’s root key through an X.509 certificate. This certificate convince that the DRK was formed by Samsung. The DRK is achieve at manufacture time in the Samsung factory and is stored on the device encrypted by the DUHK, thus binding it to the device.

DM Verity (dm-verity verification failed)

Such problem comes with Rooted Device,like S6/S6 Edge, S6 Edge plus, Note 5, S7/S7 Edge etc…Afetr flash rooted Device it will stuck on start up with dm-verity verification failed and need to check DRK first
